Latin-flavored folk with an Americana flair and poppy vocals, Calexico’s “Carried to Dust” is the sixth studio album from the Arizona-birthed indie rock band. Using some traditional percussions and horns to give it a southwestern feel, in addition to occasional Spanish vocals alongside Americana-style female duets makes for extremely pretty music.
