Legendary Jazz Musician Alphonse Mouzon will make a return visit to the show “All that Jazz” hosted by DJ Larry the Fox at 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 21.
Alphonse is a multi-instrumentalist and has been widely acclaimed for his expertise in playing drums, trumpet, woodwinds, and keyboards in various genres. Also, he is a prolific composer, arranger, and a busy bandleader. Alphonse has performed and recorded on numerous CDs in his own name and with such great artists as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, McCoy Tyner, Carlos Santana, and Larry Coryell. He is a co-founder of the group Weather Report, owns his own record label, and is a movie actor.
