Jazz legend Llew Matthews is a highly accomplished jazz pianist, vocalist, educator, composer, conductor, and arranger. He has recorded with such dynamic players as Buddy Collette, Hubert Laws, Kevin Eubanks, Harvey Mason, Jackie McLean, Kenny Dorham and Kenny Burrell. He has accompanied such jazz vocalists as Nancy Wilson (for over twenty years), as well as Kurt Elling, Patti Austin, Nnenna Freelon, Natalie Cole, and Dianne Reeves. His latest CD, “Hart and Soul” is a duo with singer Jennifer Hart and covers a variety of jazz elements.
