Hey KSPCers! Sunday marked the successful close to the first week of the 2014 Summer Concert Series from KSPC and Rhino Records. For those of you who came out to join us last week, we thank you, and we hope to see even more of you in the coming weeks!
Thursday, July 10th was our kick off show with Midlife Crisis Winery, an emo-screamo band built up of students from Pomona. Unfortunately, this was their show to end all shows, as they plan to disband in the near future. We’re thankful that we were able to host their last show, and hope that they were also pleased by the awesome turn out we had at Rhino that night.
If you missed the show, you can see a live video here.
On Sunday evening, July 13th, the Rhino Stage was graced by Endless Bummer, a three piece punk outfit hailing from Baltimore, MD. If you missed this show, never fear! They’ll be playing again in the area with Ty Segall and Wand at the Echo. For more info on Endless Bummer, check them out at endlessbummer.bandcamp.com.
Thanks for a great kick off week, y’all! Come into Rhino on this Sunday, the 20th, for Amps For Christ. Cheers!
