Chet Jaeger (“Yaeger“), cornetist and leader of the Nightblooming Jazzmen (www.nightbloomingjazzmen.com), a Claremont-based traditional (Dixieland) jazz group, will be a guest on DJ Larry the Fox’s show “All that Jazz†on KSPC Claremont 88.7 FM andkspc.org at 6:00 pm on Saturday, February 16. Chet is a Pomona College graduate who has been named the “Emperor of Jazz†for the 2014 Sacramento Jazz Festival joining the ranks of Bob Crosby and other luminaries. The Nightblooming Jazzmen has recorded numerous CD’s. The band is one of the busiest in the nation having played thousands of concerts and performances throughout the USA, on cruises, and overseas.
