Tomorrow from 10AM to 4PM the SCC Ballroom at Pomona College will be abuzz with music lovers, all partaking in the rewarding experience of sharing and discovering new music. With over 25 vendors selling vinyl, CDs, DVDs, 45s, posters and more, you’re bound to find a hidden gem or two at KSPC’s 42nd semi-annual CD & Record Expo! To whet your appetite, we’ve gathered for you a little sneak peek into this year’s selection…
- Blues, classical, international, polka, reggae, indie and rock-based genres–we’ve got ‘em all!
- Lots of punk singles and albums (plus 80s goth stuff) from one of our new vendors
- Collectible albums and color vinyl
- Great deals on vinyl for $1, $2, and $3
- Burger Records and Zoinks Records will both have tables
- And as always, tons and tons of vinyl!
But the CD & Record Expo is not only a unique arena for discovering new music. It’s also a big way to show your support for college radio! KSPC is funded in no small part by the Expo, and your support allows us to bring you increasingly dynamic radio and live shows throughout the year!
We know our listeners are as passionate about sharing and discovering new music as we are at KSPC, so we can’t wait to share in your discovery tomorrow at the Expo! See ya there!
