Album: White Water, White Bloom
Artist: Sea Wolf
Label: Dangerbird
Local LA indie pop-rock-folk band, Sea Wolf, has finally released their follow up to Leaves in the River (2007), and it was worth the wait. A band that was already so close to perfection has managed to get even better. This album is more upbeat, intense, and folk inspired than their previous releases, but their sounds is still mature, focused, and intriguing. Each track is multifaceted and beautifully constructed, and it’s obvious that their hard work has paid off because this album is amazing! After floating around the KSPC charts for the past couple of weeks, Sea Wolf has finally made the leap to the number one spot.
This is KSPC’s #1 album for the week of October 19, 2009.
